Onward Investors Names Art Templin as Senior Portfolio Manager

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (February 2016) – Onward Investors, a national commercial real estate investment and development firm, has named Arthur Templin as senior portfolio manager. He will oversee the program management of Onward’s national commercial real estate holdings.

Onward Investors, which acquires value-add properties in recovering markets throughout the U.S., resolves complex issues to stabilize the properties and derive value for investors.

Templin comes to Onward Investors with deep experience in design-build development and project management, including project feasibility, due diligence and construction leadership. Most recently, he served as a construction manager for Excelsior, Minn.-based Oppidan Investment Co. Templin also held positions in Property Development at Target as manager of the exterior assets team and construction project manager, where he oversaw projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. He also held project management positions with Opus Corporation in Irvine, Calif.

Templin earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
